Pumpkin White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Pumpkin White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

It’s pumpkin spice season and these Pumpkin White Chocolate Snickerdoodles make a wonderful fall treat! They are full of aromatic spices and smell really delicious while cooking.  The pumpkin puree in the recipe creates a wonderfully soft, moist cookie. I got this recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction – check out her site here.

  9. I’ve already got this one Pinned, Roseann…..snickerdoodles are favorites around here. Have you ever made them with browned butter? Just brown the butter on top of the stove, stirring just to the point it starts to brown and smell really good (don’t allow it to burn), allow it to cool slightly and add to your recipe just as you would the melted version. It adda a new tasty dimension to the cookie.
