Mug Love Exchange 2017
Mug Love Exchange 2017
It’s always so much fun to get packages in the mail! Especially when it’s a gift for you! So I signed up for the 2017 Mug Love Exchange. Stephanie at Wife, Mommy, Me was one of the organizers so I will be sharing the gifts I gave and received over at her website. Check out all of the gifts that were exchanged by visiting her website!
I was paired up with the sweetest young lady, Jessica from I Am Teacher Fit. We are both teachers and both live in Texas so it was a great match (other than the fact that I am old enough to be her mother 😉 )! We corresponded via email to get to know one another a little more. I found out that she teaches 4th and 5th grades at a private school in her town. Coffee is the beverage of choice for her and her hubby of 18 months. She is also training for a half marathon that she will run in November at Disney World.
Jessica’s Package:
Being a Disney lover myself I made her a Disney mug as well as a crocheted Mickey Mouse coaster.
Here is the other side of the mug:
I wanted to get more Disney themed items to send her but this was a quick turn around time for mailing the package so I sent her something every teacher loves – school supplies/stationery and coffee!
My Package:
I received my package from her this past Monday. It was exciting to see what she had picked for me. And it couldn’t have been more perfect since I am a big pumpkin spice lover. This mug says it all!
Although I would love to drink pumpkin spice coffee everyday my food sensitivities along with my interstitial cystitis prohibit this. Lucky for me she found pumpkin spice chai tea! I didn’t even know they made it! It is awesome – I had some right away! If you haven’t tried this you need to! I’ve been using it to make a chai tea latte! Yum!
And great minds must think alike because she also sent me stationery supplies – aren’t these awesome??!!
This was a great exchange! So glad I found a new online friend! And I can’t wait until Stephanie has another exchange! Check out other pictures of the exchange on Instagram #MugLoveExchange
Happy fall!
Ohhh that mug she sent you! It’s perfect! Love all the other goodies she sent you as well =)

Thanks for stopping by Jen!
Teachers know other teachers love stationery, right?! 🙂 You really are the sweetest for making the mug and the crochet coaster. I will cherish them both for years to come! Loved getting to know you better!

What a lovely idea to connect with other people across the miles. It’s always lovely to receive something nice in the mail. The Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea sounds delicious, and what a lovely mug! Thank you so much for sharing, Roseann, and for being a part of the Hearth and Soul Link party.
