Celebrate Dr Seuss Day March 2

Celebrate Dr Seuss Day March 2
Celebrate Dr Seuss Day March 2 in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday! He would have been 113 years old this year! You can learn all about Dr. Seuss at the Seussville website. The site also has games and activities as well as crafts to celebrate. And if you live in Massachusetts or plan to visit this summer the Dr. Seuss Museum will be opening in June. And you can find a free Dr. Seuss printable at My Busy Beehive – check it out!
March 2 is also National Read Across America Day. Educators can check out the Seussville website which also has activities for school with certificates for participating in National Read Across America Day.
I’ve created these Dr. Seuss bookmarks to help you celebrate both events. Click on the picture below to get a pdf. Or if you would like a png file to use with your cutting machine click here.
Enjoy celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Read Across America Day!
Thank you so, so much for adding a link to my printable on this page! That is so awesome of you! I am going to add a link back to your fun bookmarks on my page, too! 🙂
Also, I would love it if you would stop by my brand new link party tomorrow at mybusybeehives.com (#BEEPARTY)
Thanks Julie! And I will certainly stop by your link party!
Awww! Love Dr. Seuss! Dr. Seuss had an interesting time trying to get his books published initially. Quite an interesting story. Now his books are the epitome of childhood. Love this post!
Hard to believe no one would publish his books until he came across an old friend who got him published!
I love Dr Seuss! Cute bookmarks. Thank you Roseann for sharing this post at the #WednesdayAIM #LinkUp #BlogParty. I shared it on social media.

I hope you get to go! Let me know how it is if you do!
They are lovely Roseann. We loved reading Dr. Seuss to our children when they were young. This brings back many fond memories.
