National Cheesecake Day!

National Cheesecake Day is Monday, July 30. Here are 10 cheesecake recipes to try (the last 2 are healthier versions). Or you can always go visit The Cheesecake Factory where they are having ½ price on a slice of cheesecake July 30 (dine in only)! Not only that, they are introducing their new Cinnabon® Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake as well as the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake .
And according to their website “The Celebration Cheesecake will be available beginning Monday, July 30. Furthermore, for every slice of Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake sold, The Cheesecake Factory will donate 25 cents to Feeding America®, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization. Since 2008, The Cheesecake Factory has donated more than $4.2 million to Feeding America through the sale of its specially designated cheesecakes.
Either way you celebrate, I hope you enjoy National Cheesecake Day!
Cheesecake Recipes
- No Bake Oreo Cheesecake – this is one I have made for my family. It is quick and easy and the best part is it doesn’t require any baking!
2. Brownie Caramel Cheesecake – probably one of the most requested cheesecakes at my house!
3. Raspberry Cheesecake Bites – another no-bake recipe and they are finger food as well!
4. Neapolitan Cheesecake – no deciding on flavor here, you get chocolate, vanilla and strawberry!
5. Sopapilla Cheesecake – this is another one I have made and it is really easy. It uses Pillsbury crescent rolls!
6. Peanut Butter “Cheese” Ball – you can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. Furthermore you can use your choice of dipping “tools”!
7. Chocolate Cheesecake – chocolate cheesecake was always one of my favorites when I could actually eat sweets.
8. Vanilla Cheesecake – vanilla cheesecake is always a classic and in addition you can add whatever topping you like!
9. Key Lime Cheesecake Bites – these are dairy and refined sugar free making them a healthier option in addition to being no-bake!
10. Vegan Strawberry Bites- For my vegan friends, another healthy option made from almonds, cashews and coconut oil!
So, while you are enjoying your cheesecake for National Cheesecake Day leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite flavor is!
For another great cheesecake, you can also check out my Funfetti Birthday Cake Cheesecake!
Thank you for sharing these cheesecake recipes on Happiness is Homemade link party. I’m a softie when it comes to Key Lime anything, so I’ll have to go with that as my favorite.
Thanks for stopping by Amy! Glad you found something you could use!
The Raspberry Cheesecake Bites caught my eye but I wouldn’t mind trying them all 🙂

Have never owned one of those spring form pans to bake a cheesecake in. Figured somehow I could get the unbaked ‘batter’ all over the floor when it seeped out of the pan.
Going to try the sopapilla cheesecake. I have the ingredients. Now to just remember to make it on the 30th!
We love cheesecake!! In fact, we always say that I snagged by husband by making him cheesecakes…ha ha!!

Bookmarking this! I had no idea about national cheesecake day. I feel so unprepared! I especially need to try that brownie one!
Yum. Cheesecake is always welcome. I also love how you can freeze a few and keep them handy. Thank you for all the new recipes.
Mmm, must pin this for later, my husband LOVES cheesecake!
I had already planned on making a cheesecake for dessert tonight and had no idea it is National Cheesecake Day! That is super! I used to love making a peanut butter cheesecake with a chocolate swirl, but then I fell in love with a cheesecake recipe where you whip egg whites and fold them into the batter…heaven! So light and creamy. Just plain cheesecake, but oh, so good!
Now these recipes sound tempting and drooling…I totally loved the vanilla cheesecake !

All of those cheesecakes look delicious and are making me hungry. I didn’t know there was a national cheesecake day, but it is a worthy thing to celebrate on Monday!
I wish I could eat some but I hope everyone else gets to enjoy the day!
Oh wow! These all look amazing! But I think we’ll probably end up at our local Cheesecake Factory; I have gift cards!! 🙂
It’s always nice to have someone else make it for you!
Roseann, I’ve had delicious Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes, but it’s been a while. One slice is enough for at least 4 people! I’ve limited my sugar intake to never more than 6 teaspoons in a day (including desserts, barbecue sauce, dressings, ketchup, anything where sugar is hiding!) for several years now and have none on most days. So if I’m traveling and find myself in a Cheesecake Factory, I feel quite content with just a couple bites. Usually one with raspberries or strawberries.
